Secretariat Staff

Food Rights Alliance’s secretariat staff members bring a wide range of experience and deep knowledge of economic and political development, social movements and popular campaigns, and organizational growth and management to the alliance.

Agnes Kirabo

Executive Director

Agnes Kirabo is the Executive Director of Food Rights Alliance and oversees the operations of the Alliance at a strategic level.

Robinah Nakafeero

Head of Systems

As Chief Financial Officer, Robina Nakafeero oversees Food Rights Alliance finance and corporate strategy.She helps maximize the organization’s resources.

Lucky Brian Wamboka

Head of Programme Quality and Partnerships

Lucky is the Head of Programme Quality and Partnerships at FRA. He is passionate about issues of Natural Resource Governance and Rights.

Orochi Freda Laura

Head of Programs

Freda is a human rights and development activist who is passionate about human development, peace and social justice issues.

Victoria Namuddu

Finance Officer

Victoria has also gained experience in accounting management. She has three years’ experience working with Civil Aviation Authority.

Kato Munyagwa

Program Driver

Kato is the Program Driver at FRA. Kato provides driving services for FRA Staff and other stakeholders involved in FRA program implementation.
