Biography

Pamela is a Ugandan professional with a master’s degree in agriculture and a bachelor’s degree in the same field, alongside an honours degree in development studies. Over the past two decades, she has focused on community development, particularly aiding vulnerable groups like women, youth, and refugees in improving food security and livelihoods. Currently, she serves as the Country Director for Ripple Effect Uganda, formerly known as Send a Cow Uganda, aligning with FRA’s mission. With extensive NGO leadership experience, including treasurer for FRA’s board and board member roles in various organizations, Pamela brings valuable insights into civil society organization management. She currently chairs the Board of Directors at Food Rights Alliance and serves as Chair of the Country Advisory Board for a consortium of organizations.
