Over the years the Alliance has grown from the three institutions to more than 60 national, international and local organizations. We work with individuals in four regional food security networks in Central, Western (Rwenzori inclusive) and Eastern Uganda.

The relative lack of change in hunger at the global level from 2021 to 2022 hides substantial differences at the regional level. Progress was made towards reducing hunger in most sub regions in Asia and in Latin America, but hunger is still on the rise in Western Asia, the Caribbean.
